I live in the Upstate of South Carolina, where home isn’t just a place — it’s part of everyday life.

I started this blog because real estate, hosting, and local living kept blending together for me. I’d leave a showing inspired by a floor plan, stop for coffee, and overhear someone planning a move, then go home and tweak something at my family’s Airbnb to make guests feel more comfortable and more at home.
